The role of a health advocate is
To attend the health advocate training
To ensure that health and well being are kept high on the organisations agenda
To organise, promote and evaluate health events and campaigns within the workplace
To maintain effective communication with colleagues and workplace leads with regard to health and well being
To support individual colleagues and signpost them to external agencies where appropriate
