Developed in line with national and regional frameworks this local scheme aims to significantly improve the health and well-being of employees within the workplace.
To register an interest
To engage with the How healthy is your business? scheme and access our services, training, resources and much more, simply complete and submit the registration form.
Your organisation will be allocated a workplace health specialist who will contact you to arrange an initial meeting. You will be given a login and password that will allow access to members only areas of the website and to the organisational assessment tool.
The organisational assessment tool provides an opportunity to identify the current position of the organisation, its strenghts, weaknesses and opportunities for improving health within the workplace
The health needs assessment is a bespoke survey designed to consult effectively with your workforce on the health issues that are important to them.
The organisational assessment together with the results of the health needs assessment help form an action plan that your organisation can work through to achieve improved workplace health and all the benefits associated with this.
